Travel-Themed Retirement Luncheon

They say that life begins at retirement and this travel-themed retirement luncheon set the stage for the adventure awaiting our honored guest, Mariela. 

Marion Miami, in the heart of the bustling district of Brickell Miami, was the perfect venue -- a rose-colored cafe, market, bakery and raw bar whose breezy Mediterranean feels and flavors provided the perfect backdrop.

A long counter outfitted with grills, a rotisserie, a raw bar and baking area provided guests with a variety of food options.

Michaels' World Map Paper By Recollections®  was used as a placemat to bring the travel theme to the place setting. 

We ended the afternoon and said our goodbyes with a simple "Happy Trails Mix" party favor.
